We are helping the Linux Day team prepare for a worldwide celebration on August 25:

Hi Orlee! We have yet to decide on a final venue, but UP Diliman looks like the runaway winner.
Magie is finalizing arrangements with a nearby university for the LinuxChix Linux Day celebration. 
Herson, can we finalize the venue and add our Linux Day celebration to the Fedora Project events wiki page? Thanks!  |

Thanks Herson! I think our @fedoraproject.org addresses have something to do with the delays in mail delivery. Perhaps someone upstream is tinkering... |

I, together with Sir Roy Plomantes are making preparations for celebrating linux day here at our campus in Roosevelt College Marikina sir, so Im planning to distribute the DVDs here sir, if that would be ok.

We can use the landscaped UP Engg Corner for get-together/lunch/snacks/dinner/or what-have-you on Wednesday.
If we can agree on a time and format, we're set.
I'm partial to late-afternoon snacks or early evening dinner. |
